An excellent result

The cabin has been completely redesigned and renovated according to the most recent criteria of ergonomics, functionality and silence. The forced ventilation and heating systems have been upgraded and prepared for air conditioning. The comfortable seat, the great visibility and the logical layout of the controls make it intuitive and pleasant to use the machine in complete safety for the operator. One of the most innovative cabs in the industry: more glazed surface, upgraded headlight assembly, crash bars, front glass negative tilt for constant cleaning, visibility and precision with cameras for 360° visibility and anti-collision sensors.

Programming of the unifeed recipe directly on the on-board scale with the possibility of memory card or data transfer directly from PC, tablet or smartphone. The precision of the scale is guaranteed by sensors placed directly on the base of the tank.

Loading of the flour through the hopper placed on high or directly on the ground with the milling cutter; trace element loading by electric belt elevator (optional); loading of liquid products by injector coupled with quick hitch; loading of long fiber (hay, casing, straw) with clean cut of predefined size and variable according to needs, thanks to the high-speed knife chopper mill; silage loading in the trenches by means of the new redesigned cutter to respect the physical-organoleptic characteristics of the same.

New exclusive system to capture dangerous metals through three batteries of magnets placed inside the tank directly on the rear fins at 120° to each other. Taking advantage of the repeated smooth passages and radioactive fallout of the unifeed on the magnets from the fiber, an almost perfect capture of the ferrous elements that are lethal to animals is obtained.

The counter-auger rotating bowl mix is the exclusive system used by Bravo srl that allows to create a light, voluminous and homogeneous portion, safeguarding the specific organoleptic characteristics of each ingredient: the best uni-feed mix currently on the market obtained with the lower energy expenditure without alteration of the fiber, without alteration of the mixture or heating of the dough.

Once the loading is complete, after the necessary mixing time has elapsed, it is sufficient to reverse the direction of rotation of the bowl to obtain, through a screw, the metered and rapid discharge of the preparation directly into the manger. Hydraulic discharge extension perfects product distribution. Numerous magnets, integrated into the discharge auger, together with the three internal magnet batteries (optional), capture any ferrous objects even at the moment of final discharge.
